You can configure your phone extension to automatically appear in the Call Details when you link an in-progress call.


Steps

  1. After logging in, select your name in the top-right of the screen.

  2. In the Call Recording Identifier field of your user profile, type the phone extension you will use.

  3. The phone extension will automatically appear in the Call Details when you link an in-progress call on the transfer case's Recording tab.
