Administrators are able to edit dictionary items. The majority of dictionary items are editable within the Platform Dictionary, but some are only editable within Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite® if your system is integrated.
Steps
Click Admin > Data > Dictionaries.
From Select Dictionary, locate the dictionary from the list.
Select the Pencil Icon (Edit) next to the name of the dictionary item.
Adjust any of the available fields and click Save Changes.
