This checklist will go through some common problems for troubleshooting a login issue. We’ll cover:


Checklist


Part 1 - Account Setup

Having an account setup is the first step to logging in.

  1. Is an account setup for you?

    1. If not, read through New Account and Logging In which will have you reach our to your Helpdesk/Administrator to have one setup for you.

  2. Is your Password correct?

    1. If you’re not sure Resetting Passwordswill have you review with your Helpdesk.

  3. If you’re all set, consult Part 2.


Part 2 - Launching the Operations IQ® Platform

Ensure the application is loading for you.

  1. Launch the IQ website with the icon, link, or favorites button provided by your helpdesk.

  2. Does the webpage load to a page that has a login/password field or is there an error?

      1. If the initial page does not load, check with your helpdesk to ensure you have the proper link, and there is not an issue with the Identity Provider.

  3. Try to Login

    1. If you cannot login, consult Part 3.

  4. Once logged in do you see everything you need?


Part 3 - Ruling out Problems

All purpose troubleshooting steps to try to narrow down where the problem is.

  • The quickest way to fix an issue may be to close and relog into the application. Review Refreshing your Login and Closing Browsersbefore proceeding.

  • Is another colleague able to login on another computer? For a quick fix consider Switching Computers

  • Sometimes the browser can be the issue. Consider trying another browser by reviewing Browser Types

  • If you’ve tried another browser but the issue is still happening it may be a caching issue. Review these for help. Incognito / Clearing Cache

  • If that doesn't work reach out to your Helpdesk initially, they’ll be able to confirm if something was overlooked, if there is a larger scope issue, or there is an odd problem that TeleTracking Technical Support will have to review.
