There was a need to display custom information for Facilities and Physicians.

Quick notes, also seen as Facility Notes or Physician Notes, is a new field that appears under the information icon. This new feature allows users to capture and share physician and facility information within a case. These notes can additionally be updated by administrators in the dictionary.
