Data Warehouse Connector - Live

Written by Ashley Ware

Data Warehouse Connector (DWC) - Live provides near real-time access to curated, governed TeleTracking datasets in Snowflake. The data can be used in analytics tools, applications, data warehouses, and operational workflows.

Functionality

  • Provides direct access to curated TeleTracking datasets in Snowflake.

  • Makes data available with minimal latency for near real-time use cases.

  • Uses the same governed datasets available for reporting.

  • Supports integration with:

    • External data warehouses

    • Business intelligence tools

    • Analytics platforms

    • Operational applications and workflows

  • Enables users to query current data continuously or at frequent intervals.

  • Supports operational decision-making and time-sensitive analytics.

  • Can be accessed using database tools such as TablePlus.

  • Requires technical resources familiar with Snowflake connections, data querying, and data integration.

  • Should be used according to applicable data governance, security, and contractual requirements.

  • Differs from other platform data options:

    • Data IQ® provides dashboards and reporting.

    • DWC Standard provides historical data with approximately six-hour latency.

    • DWC Live provides near real-time external data access.

    • Conversational Analytics provides natural-language insights.
