  • Excessive Interface transactions can cause a delay in patient updates in Capacity Management Suite®. When excessive Interface transactions are received within a short period of time, patient updates will not occur as quickly.


Solution

  • Messages take time to process in the database. When an excessive amount of Interface transactions come through within a short period of time, we can see a large delay.

    • For example, if 5,000-6,000 messages are sent within an hour, we can see a delay of up to 4-5 hours.
