Troubleshooting login issues with Data IQ®.
Checklist
Part 1 - First Login Attempt
Upon trying to access Data IQ®, first-time users must follow this precise order of operations:
Log in to the IQ Platform URL (not directly to synapseiq.teletracking.com)
use AD (Active Directory) credentials
Click on Analytics > Data IQ®
Make sure the user allows the new window to open, typically something in pop-up blocker settings or in the address bar
Enter the email address associated with this user’s AD profile
Wait up to 10 minutes for the Data IQ® user provisioning
From here, a user who has been given the appropriate AD Roles will be able to access Synapse IQ
Part 2 - After the Initial Login
After the initial login, a user can go directly to synapseiq.teletracking.com but only once the above steps have been followed.
The user will be prompted to enter his/her email address
The user will be taken to their Operations IQ® Platform login page
They must enter their AD credentials
From here, they will be taken to Data IQ®
The second order of operations is only available on the second login attempt or later. The first order of operations must be followed to allow the user to be provisioned within our Tableau Server.
