  • Sometimes, when selecting a destination facility on the “outcome” tab, the following message may appear.


Solution

  • This happens because the facility in question does not exist in Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite® as a campus.

  • In order to avoid this message and successfully choose a destination facility, the destination facility must first exist within Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite®.
