Referring and Targeted Facilities are added the same way in the system. Additionally if your system is integrated with Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite®, those facilities will be automatically populated in the Facility Dictionary.
Solution
Add a new facility under Admin > Data > Dictionaries > Select Dictionary > Facility. Select Add Entry populate the facility information, then Add Entry again to make it available.
