Adding a facility in Transfer IQ® results in the error: “Your action could not be completed. Please try again, or contact a system administrator.”


Solution

This error message might indicate the facility you are attempting to add already exists in the database, but is marked as inactive.

Reach out to a TeleTracking Support Engineer for further assistance.
